Return Policy

An order is not eligible for a return after 30 days from the delivery date. Returns for orders older than 30 days will be automatically rejected. 

Additional Returns Guidelines

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package.

We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

Julivee Beauty cannot currently create return labels for APO/FPO addresses, as they require customs information for shipping.

How To Request A Return

To initiate a return, please log into your account. Once logged in, you will receive a confirmation code sent to your email. Retrieve the code and enter it into the designated field. Upon logging in, you will be immediately directed to your order. Please note that in order to activate the return process, your item must be in a fulfilled status. Returns cannot be processed while the order is in shipment. Click on your order and locate the "REQUEST RETURN" button located at the top right corner.

Refunds

Refunds are processed by the source site within 7-14 days from the day the item had arrived at their warehouse since it still awaits scanning and inspection of the returned goods.

Shipping Fee

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
